 Die Etablierung des Berufes Notfallsanitäter stellt seit 2014 die höchste 
 nichtärztliche Qualifikation im Rettungsdienst dar. Das Berufsbild fordert
  ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortlichkeit beim Umgang mit Notfallpatient*i
 nnen. Notfallsanitäter*innen übernehmen bei medizinischen Notfällen die Ve
 rsorgung von erkrankten oder verletzten Personen bis zum Eintreffen des No
 tarztes oder selbstständig bis zum Eintreffen im Krankenhaus.\nIn diesem S
 imulationstraining wird anhand ausgewählter Fälle Kompetenz für den Einsat
 z am Notfallpatienten\, die effektive Teamarbeit in komplexen Situationen 
 und medizinische Entscheidungsfindung vermittelt. Das Training lehnt sich 
 an das etablierte NASIM Konzept an\, dass bundesweit notärztliche Kompeten
 z trainiert.
